With passion, determination and a hands on approach, Hollick Wines have developed into an iconic family owned winery, right in the heart of Coonawarra’s famous Terra Rossa strip.
Producing wines with estate grown fruit from the Coonawarra and Wrattonbully regions, the Hollick team have a commitment to making wines which reflect each vineyards characteristics, demonstrating true ‘Pride of Place’.
Eighty percent is planted to red varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Petit Verdot. The balance of the vineyards are planted to the white varieties of Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Savagnin and Semillon.
The Hollick family are passionate about good times, great food and producing enjoyable, food-friendly wine - perfect for drinking now or cellaring for the future. They have a vision to share their wines and philosophy with as many likeminded people as possible, and are committed to ensuring that they leave their 'place' and environment in as good or better condition as when they started.
The restaurant on site “Upstairs at Hollick”, has been outstandingly successful making Hollick a ‘must see’ in Coonawarra.
